Mari (34) is Brazilian, has marketing and consultancy background. Recently married, she arrived in Philly last March after almost two years living in the South of BRA. Founder of this blog and its community, she manages both while her life is still unfolding. Currently, she does yoga, looks for a job, takes small courses, cares of her new home & laughs at the confusion!
Natasha (29) has moved from Russia following her husband about two years ago. Even though she has a degree in Economics and field experience in finances, she is starting over from scratch in the US. Meanwhile, she is still very fond of snowboarding, traveling, learning languages, and (for sure) movies!!
Alex (30) is from Slovakia. Although it was her husband, who she met in Italy, to bring her to the US in order to start their American dream together. She loves dancing, literature, theater, and body workout. She arrived in Philly by the end of 2013, and still wonders what direction her life is going to take.
Life can be a lot easier when an expat wife finds more people to rely and count on... Well, sometimes it is still crazy but certainly a fun ride! Come along!
